The name Strega originates from a group of 15th century Italians who lived in harmony with the earth, by the seasons. Likewise, our menu changes seasonally and is based on the best of local foods in harvest.
In keeping with our commitment to the environment, we also choose foods and products with the lowest carbon footprint possible. That means the majority of our ingredients come from local vendors featuring organic and natural products, such as Gathering Together Farms, Alsea Acres, Oregon Gourmet Cheese, Sweet Briar Farms, Anderson Ranches, Draper Valley,
Strawberry Mountain.
